Nearly fifteen years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, including working on both the buy and sell sides of transactions.
I’ve also co-founded and helped lead companies, giving me experience as both an advisor and an operator.

Personal

My most important roles are being a husband and father. I live in Boulder, Colorado with my wife, Emma, and our daughter, Scout.
I enjoy spending time outdoors, including skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and training for triathlons.

What’s with the name?

The name is a nod to my great grandfather, Linus Oliver “Doc” Graves, a small business owner who helped found the town of Hideaway Park in Colorado (now known as Winter Park).
