  • Nearly fifteen years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, including working on both the buy and sell sides of transactions.

  • Co-founded and built a small digital signage company, GoFit Media, culminating in a successful exit.

  • Graduated with High Distinction from the University of Colorado’s Leeds School of Business with both a Bachelor’s and a Master of Science in Accounting.

Personal

  • My Christian faith is an important part of my life and informs how I approach relationships, integrity, and stewardship.

  • My most important roles are being a husband and father. I live in Boulder, Colorado with my wife, Emma, and our daughter, Scout.

  • I enjoy spending time outdoors, including skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and training for triathlons.

What’s with the name?

The name is a nod to my great grandfather, Linus Oliver “Doc” Graves, a small business owner who helped found the town of Hideaway Park in Colorado (now known as Winter Park).
